CPA and Bookkeeping Houston AlternativeWhat this site will and will not do
This page says how the pages are made, what they are held to, and who stands behind them.

How these pages are made
Read how these pages are made
Pages on this site come from the practice's own monthly work and from Texas agency pages, they are drafted with software help, and they are read against the practice's own checks before they go up. Send a note on the form when a Harris County date on these pages has gone stale, and we replace that sentence before the next monthly close.
What gets checked before a page stays up
Read what gets checked before a page stays up
Every number printed here points at the outfit that published it. If a number was only spoken and never printed by a publisher, it does not appear on this page. The examples here are shapes of work, and none of them carry a client's figures.
Before a page stays up, the limits on this page are read against every claim about what is done here. The fix is written on the same page the reader already has open. Call the footer number and the wrong line comes down or gets fixed.
What counts as a source
Read what counts as a source
A figure on this practice names the publisher beside it and the day that publisher was read. A number borrowed from a market report is printed only with that publisher's name sitting in the same sentence. A statute names the section. Anything recalled from a chat and never printed stays off the page.
A page on this practice stays up only after the source, the claim, and the example have each been read. We set the printed figure next to the publisher named in the same paragraph and read them as a pair. What we say we do is held up to the limits written on this page. Written permission from that client comes first, and any detail that would name them is removed, before an outcome is printed here. What you see here is a shape of the work, and it is not a promise of a result.
When a line is corrected, the date on the page moves with the correction. A wrong figure is taken down or replaced. Softening the wording and leaving the old claim in place is refused.
The work this practice does not sign
Steven Palmieri is not a CPA, and this practice does not sign an audit, a review, or a compilation. A cover that asks for that signature is prepared by a firm that can sign it. The books, the payroll setup, and the tax return can still be made ready here before that cover is requested.
Payroll setup is done with you on a full service provider that you run. This practice does not run payday. If an agency asks this practice for records, the reply is the documents themselves rather than a spoken summary. An examination and an appeal are outside this scope.
Texas still lets an unlicensed preparer file a return, give management advice, and issue statements that carry no attached report. That room is the one this practice works in.
Assurance stays with license holders. An audit, a review, a compilation, and any report that tells an outsider the figures were examined all stay on that side of the Texas line. This practice does not cross it.
The capitol statutes site is where we point for the bar on signed reports. Start at Texas Occupations Code 901.451, keep going through 901.453, and finish at 901.456.
One limit belongs on the first call. We begin monthly work only after the open months have been closed, and if that cleanup is the wrong job we say so and stop. Before any agreement is signed, the practice names whether the open months get closed first or the work stops.
Who provides the services
Read who provides the services
Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. Every page of this practice prints the same footer number, +1 844-324-7273, because the person who closes the month is the person who answers. On this site the person who keeps the books with you also prepares the tax return.
This practice prints no street, no suite, and no map pin. The structured data on this practice repeats only facts already written in the sentences on the page.
Several doors, one practice
Read Several doors, one practice
Think of this practice as one entrance to a single practice. Each entrance is named for the work a visitor came to find, so the books and the return are written out here instead of being squeezed onto one shared page. One person answers, and the footer number is that person's number. The hub is stevenpalmieri.com. The hub link above is the only outbound link this site allows, and a sibling site is never linked from here.
